End User Licence Agreement

Effective September 1, 2026

This licence is between you and EagleCourt AI LLC ("we", "us"), the operator of EagleCourt AI. It is not an agreement with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. By creating an account or using EagleCourt AI you accept these terms.

What we license to you

A personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use EagleCourt AI for tennis coaching, training and player development — on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service, or through our website. The software, models, designs and the EagleCourt name remain ours.

What you may not do

Copy, resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the service.
Reverse-engineer or decompile it, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
Upload content you have no right to upload, or use the service to break the law or to harass anyone.
Extract data by automated means, or attempt to defeat the service's access controls.
Use another person's account, or let another person use yours.

Accounts, and accounts for children

You are responsible for activity under your account.
A player under 16 is managed by a parent or guardian, or by their academy. A child does not need their own login to take part.
A parent, guardian or academy managing a player confirms they have the authority to do so, and to consent on that child's behalf.
We may suspend an account that misuses the service.

Your content

Videos, audio, notes and other material you upload remain yours. You grant us the licence we need to store, transmit, process and analyse that material in order to provide the service to you, and for no other purpose. We do not sell your content, and we do not use your content or your players' content to train artificial intelligence models for anyone else. When a player is deleted, their material is deleted with them.

You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, including any consent required from the people who appear in it.

Third-party material and services

The service can display videos hosted by third parties such as YouTube and Instagram. That content is played from those platforms — we do not copy or download it— and it belongs to its creators; your use of it is also subject to those platforms' own terms. We use third-party providers to transcribe audio and to power AI features; our Privacy Policy explains what is sent.

Payment

Subscriptions are purchased through our website, not inside the app. Prices, plan contents and any try-out period are shown before you buy and may change with notice. Where a try-out applies, we tell you what it includes and when it ends before it begins.

What the service is — and is not

EagleCourt AI provides coaching assistance: technique analysis, session reports, drills, habits, scheduling and related tools. It is not medical, physiotherapy or safety advice, and nothing it produces should be relied on as a diagnosis or as a substitute for professional judgement about a player's health or fitness. Coaching decisions remain the coach's.

Support

We provide support at info@eaglecourt.ai. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide any maintenance or support for the app.

Warranty

The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app to you where one was paid. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation of any kind with respect to the app, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are our responsibility, not Apple's.

Claims and liability

We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to the app or your possession and use of it — including product liability claims, any claim that the app fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, claims arising under consumer protection or privacy legislation, and any claim that the app infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, the defence and settlement of which is our responsibility.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Legal compliance

You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Ending this licence

You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from within the app or the website. We may end this licence if you break these terms. On termination your licence ends; the sections on content ownership, liability and governing law survive.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept it.

Apple as a third-party beneficiary

Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement, and on your acceptance of it Apple has the right — and is deemed to have accepted the right — to enforce it against you as a third-party beneficiary.
