Privacy Policy

EagleCourt AI LLC ("EagleCourt AI," "we," "us," or "our") provides a tennis player-development platform for academies, coaches, players, parents, and guardians. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you use EagleCourt AI websites, applications, and services, as well as the rights and choices available to you.

Information We Collect

Account information: Name, email address, phone number, account role (such as coach, parent/guardian, player, or academy staff), and authentication/account information.
Player profile and development information: Player profile information, training and performance data, session reports, coaching feedback, attendance records, and other information provided by players, parents/guardians, coaches, or academies.
Photos, videos, and audio: Photos, training or match videos, voice recordings, transcripts, and related content submitted or recorded through EagleCourt AI features.
AI and analysis information: Information submitted to AI-powered features and results generated from that information, such as video or motion analysis, session summaries, and other player-development insights.
Communications: Messages and other communications sent through EagleCourt AI or between users using platform communication features.
Usage and device information: Information generated through use of the service, such as device type, browser information, IP address, application activity, diagnostic information, and security logs.

How We Collect Information

Directly from you: when you create an account, build a player profile, upload videos or photos, use voice features, or contact us.
From other users: coaches, academies, and parents/guardians enter information about the players they manage.
Automatically: essential cookies and similar technologies used to keep you signed in and secure the service, and server logs (IP address, device and browser type, pages accessed). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use it

To operate the platform: video analysis, session reports, coaching reviews, attendance and account notifications.
To communicate with you about your account and your players' activity.
To improve the service. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Children

A player under 16 does not create an account of their own. The child's profile is created and managed by their parent or guardian, and only the family can edit it. Where required by law, EagleCourt AI obtains verifiable parental or guardian consent before collecting, using, or disclosing a child's personal information. Parents or guardians may review their child's information, request corrections, revoke consent, or request deletion at any time, subject to applicable legal requirements.

How We Share and Disclose Information

Within the platform: information is visible to the people it is meant for — a player's coaches, academy, and parent/guardian see that player's profile, reports, and attendance according to the platform's access rules.
Service providers: the processors needed to run the service (hosting, video processing, AI analysis, authentication, email and SMS delivery), each bound to use the data solely to provide their service to us.
Legal requirements: when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
Business transfers: if EagleCourt is involved in a merger or acquisition, personal information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.

AI processing & model training

EagleCourt AI uses artificial-intelligence services to analyze training videos and generate coaching insights. We do not use your personal data, your child's data, or your videos to train AI models. Our AI service providers process this data solely to provide their service to us; under our agreements with them, data submitted through their business APIs is not used to train their models either — it is never contributed to any public or shared AI model.

YouTube

Coaches may connect their own YouTube channel to EagleCourt AI to turn their playlist videos into drills. This feature uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Coaches can connect their own YouTube channel to EagleCourt AI and turn the videos on their playlists into drills they send to their players. The connection is read-only: we read the connected channel's name and picture, its playlists, and each video's title, thumbnail and length. We never upload, change or delete anything on YouTube, we never see your Google password, and we never share your YouTube information with anyone else. Videos play in YouTube's own player. You can disconnect at any time from the YouTube Drills screen, which also deletes our copy of your playlist information. How the YouTube connection works.

What we read: with read-only permission, the connected channel's name and picture, its playlists, and the title, thumbnail, length, publish date and availability of the videos in them. We never see your Google password.
What we store: that channel and playlist information, kept up to date when you press Refresh and re-read at least every 30 days, together with a link to each video you turn into a drill. The token that lets us read your channel is encrypted at rest and never shown to a browser. We do not download, copy or store video files; videos play from YouTube in YouTube's own player.
What we do not do: we do not change anything on YouTube, we do not share YouTube data with third parties for their own purposes, and we do not use it for advertising.
Limited use: EagleCourt AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google API Data and Artificial Intelligence: EagleCourt AI does not use information obtained from Google APIs, including YouTube API Services data, to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Your control: press Disconnect account on the YouTube Drills screen to remove the connection and delete our copy of your playlist information. You can also revoke EagleCourt AI's access at any time from your Google account's security settings at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

SMS & Text Messaging

If you opt in to SMS notifications, we use your phone number solely to send the messages you signed up for (session reports, coaching reviews, attendance and account alerts). Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain appropriate business records, and meet applicable legal, security, and regulatory requirements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You can delete your account and all of its data yourself, inside the app, from Settings;how to delete your accountexplains every step. Parents or guardians may make these requests regarding their child's information. When a valid deletion request is received, we will delete or de-identify the information unless retention is required or permitted by law. Information stored in backups may remain for a limited period until those backups are securely deleted or overwritten.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect personal information: encryption in transit, authenticated access controls, and tenant isolation so each academy sees only its own data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; if a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

International Data Transfers

EagleCourt AI is operated from the United States and personal information is processed and stored on servers located in the United States. If you use the service from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. Where required by applicable law, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Your Privacy Rights

Wherever you live, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information (parents/guardians may do so for their child) by contacting us at the address below. We will verify the request and respond within the time required by applicable law, and we will never discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

California residents: under the CCPA/CPRA you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; the right to request deletion or correction; and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — noting that we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA.

EU/UK residents: under the GDPR you additionally have the rights to data portability, to restrict or object to processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Our legal bases for processing are performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service, and consent where we ask for it.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. The service does not respond to them — but we also do not perform cross-site tracking or behavioral advertising of any kind, so there is no such tracking to opt out of.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect, and the effective date at the top will always reflect the current version. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
